- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Use a 10 x 13-inch pan.
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package directions and bake in the prepared pan.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Punch holes in the hot cake with the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Pour Eagle Brand milk evenly over the cake and let it cool completely.
- Spread caramel topping evenly over the cooled cake.
- Spread Cool Whip over the caramel layer.
- Sprinkle crushed Twix bars over the Cool Whip.
