Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sliced Vienna bread
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. krakiwska kielbasa, sliced medium
  • 1 lb. ham, sliced medium
  • 1 lb. prasky, sliced medium
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 6 small radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small jar bread and butter pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Spread softened cream cheese onto slices of bread.
  2. Top each bread slice with a half slice of each type of luncheon meat.
  3. Place one slice of egg, a pickle slice, and a radish slice on top of the meat.
  4. Sprinkle chopped chives, parsley, and cheese to finish the canape.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
