Ukrainian Canapes

Ingredients
- 1 loaf sliced Vienna bread ⓘ
- 2 (8 oz.) packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. krakiwska kielbasa, sliced medium ⓘ
- 1 lb. ham, sliced medium ⓘ
- 1 lb. prasky, sliced medium ⓘ
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced into rounds ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. fresh chives, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped ⓘ
- 6 small radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 small jar bread and butter pickle slices ⓘ
Instructions
- Spread softened cream cheese onto slices of bread.
- Top each bread slice with a half slice of each type of luncheon meat.
- Place one slice of egg, a pickle slice, and a radish slice on top of the meat.
- Sprinkle chopped chives, parsley, and cheese to finish the canape.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
