Ultra Quick Lasagna
An ultra quick lasagna with rich tomato sauce, creamy Ricotta, and melted Mozzarella, perfect for a comforting, cheesy meal in under an hour.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine tomato sauce, pressed garlic, and dried oregano in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Beat in Ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and ground nutmeg.
- Pour a generous amount of sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Layer uncooked lasagna noodles, sauce, cheese mixture, and grated Mozzarella, repeating to create layers ending with Mozzarella on top.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 hour, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
