Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground meat
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cube butter
  • 3 (8 oz) cans tomato puree
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Saute the diced celery, garlic, and chopped onion in butter until tender.
  2. Add the browned ground meat to the vegetables and cook until fully browned.
  3. Stir in the tomato puree, salt, and pepper, then combine all ingredients together.
  4. Simmer the sauce for about 20 minutes to develop flavors.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
  6. Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti.
