- Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray, in a food processor or mixing bowl.
- Mix until well blended; mixture will be sticky and moist.
- Spoon the mixture onto a well-floured surface and lightly coat the dough with flour.
- Knead lightly with fingertips about 6 times to shape the dough.
- Press or roll the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 475 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
