Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fat free sour cream
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • Butter spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray, in a food processor or mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until well blended; mixture will be sticky and moist.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto a well-floured surface and lightly coat the dough with flour.
  5. Knead lightly with fingertips about 6 times to shape the dough.
  6. Press or roll the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  7. Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
  8. Place biscuits on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray.
  9. Bake at 475 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
