Ingredients

  • 15 or 16 oz. can creamed corn
  • 12 or 13 oz. can evaporated skim milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish with cooking spray, butter, or margarine.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch.
  4. Add eggs, creamed corn, and evaporated milk to the sugar mixture; stir until blended.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
