Ingredients

  • large head cabbage
  • 3 large onions
  • 6 red hot peppers
  • 6 red sweet peppers
  • 6 green sweet peppers
  • 2/3 cup salt
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 2 parts sugar
  • 2 parts vinegar

Instructions

  1. Grind all vegetables.
  2. Place in a pan with salt and let set overnight.
  3. Squeeze vegetables to remove excess liquid.
  4. Add celery seed, sugar, and vinegar to the vegetables.
  5. Keep refrigerated at all times.
