Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage (2 lb.), shredded
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar, lime juice, or lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash of paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix vegetable oil with vinegar, lime juice, or lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add mustard, celery salt, and mayonnaise, then mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the dressing over shredded cabbage and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
