Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 1/4 lb. melted margarine
  • 8 oz. whole kernel corn drained
  • 8 oz. cream style corn
  • 8 1/2 oz. box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Instructions

  1. With a mixer, blend the egg, sour cream, and melted margarine.
  2. Add the Jiffy Corn Muffin mix and blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the drained whole kernel corn and the cream-style corn.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan or 2-quart dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden brown.
