Ingredients

  • 1 lb. dry curd cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients well, until cottage cheese is in fine curds; set aside.
