- Cook the chicken and set aside, then debone and shred the meat.
- Saute chopped onions and green peppers in margarine until softened.
- Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until al dente, adding water if needed.
- Combine cooked chicken, peas, tomatoes and peppers, chopped pimento, and cheese with the cooked spaghetti.
- Cook until the cheese melts and all ingredients are well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
- Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
