Ingredients

  • 1 lb veal steak, diced and ground
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup raw rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • potato chips

Instructions

  1. Diced and ground veal steak is combined with sliced onion, chopped celery, raw rice, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and transfer to a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  4. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top before serving for added crunch.
