Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup broken-up very fine spaghetti
  • 3/4 cup raw rice
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add broken-up very fine spaghetti and rice.
  3. Cook until spaghetti is browned, about one minute.
  4. Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, chicken broth, water with dissolved bouillon cubes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
