Ingredients

  • 2 lb veal steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • garlic
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, pepper, and flour.
  2. Roll individual servings of veal cutlets in the seasoned flour.
  3. Brown the veal in hot oil in a skillet rubbed with garlic.
  4. Add 1 cup hot water, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Arrange the cooked meat on a hot platter.
  6. Stir 1 cup cream into the gravy left in the pan.
  7. Heat the gravy and pour over noodles.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
