Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, snipped
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
