Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 can peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup sharp or medium cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  3. Crumble Ritz crackers on top.
  4. Drizzle 1/2 cup margarine over the crackers.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
