Ingredients

  • 7 oz. pkg. frozen baby limas
  • 7 oz. pkg. French-cut green beans
  • 7 oz. pkg. English peas
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place baby lima beans, green beans, peas, and bell pepper (cut into strips) into a baking dish.
  2. Cover the vegetables with mayonnaise and sour cream.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
