Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. soft tofu
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated squash

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into flat patties.
  3. Heat a small amount of oil in a frypan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
