Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 c. tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger in water for 15 minutes, breaking it into pieces.
  2. Add all other ingredients and cook until tender.
