Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 2 small zucchinis
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over mushrooms and let stand for 2 minutes; drain.
  2. On 4 skewers, alternately thread mushrooms and zucchini slices.
  3. Combine Italian salad dressing and Worcestershire sauce to make the marinade.
  4. Grill the kabobs over medium coals for about 12 minutes, turning and brushing with the dressing mixture often.
  5. Thread cherry tomatoes onto the end of each skewer and grill for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until heated through, turning and brushing frequently with the dressing mixture.
