Ingredients

  • 1 can Jolly Green Giant Shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 can Jolly Green Giant green beans, drained
  • 1 can Jolly Green Giant baby peas, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento
  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 3/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix and add to vegetables. Let marinate 12 hours.
