Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. California Blend vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1 small can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients using 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the onions.
  2. Put the mixture in a casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Add the remaining onions and cheese.
  5. Put back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
