Vegetable Packed Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained ⓘ
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained ⓘ
- 1 cup fat free sour cream ⓘ
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt ⓘ
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon minced onion ⓘ
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions ⓘ
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mixed vegetables, chickpeas (garbanzo beans), sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise, onion soup mix, onion, green onion and red bell pepper. Chill in the refrigerator 1 hour and serve.
