Ingredients

  • 16 oz. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
  • 30 frozen ravioli (cheese or sausage), cooked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can milk

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in 1 stick of oleo until translucent.
  2. In a saucepan, mix together cream of mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup, and milk until well blended.
  3. Place frozen vegetables in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Top the vegetables with cooked ravioli and sauteed onions.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
