Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped scallions
  • 1/3 c. Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped sweet red pepper, chopped green pepper, sliced cucumber, and chopped scallions in a bowl.
  2. Add Italian dressing and mix well.
