Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked spaghetti
  • Italian dressing (low-calorie)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 clove fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil or diet oleo

Instructions

  1. Fry your choice of fresh vegetables in a pan with a tablespoon of oil or diet oleo.
  2. Add garlic to the frying pan and cook until fragrant.
  3. When the vegetables are browned, about 5 minutes, pour over the cooked spaghetti.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture, add Italian dressing if desired, and sprinkle parsley.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
