Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 to 4 cups flour

Instructions

  2. Add baking powder and gradually add flour until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough lightly until smooth and elastic.
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  5. Cut into strips or desired shapes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
