Instructions
- Saute onions, mushrooms and celery in oil.
- Steam carrots and cauliflower until tender.
- Mash all vegetables or puree in blender.
- Add poultry seasoning.
- Stuff in bird and cook immediately, or cook in casserole at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. (For a 10 to 12 pound turkey, double the recipe.)
- Yields 6 servings.
