Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water in saucepan; stir in vinegar and salt.
  2. Cool; pour into medium bowl.
  3. Fold in vegetables.
  4. Chill until firm.
