Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp. tamari
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 (12 oz.) blocks tofu, cubed
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz. white cabbage, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the cubed tofu in a mixture of sesame oil, tamari, cider vinegar, water, honey, and garlic for 1 hour.
  2. Combine the marinated tofu with chopped celery, sliced mushrooms, and finely chopped cabbage.
  3. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
