Ingredients

  • 8 oz. linguine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions.
  2. While linguine is cooking, sauté garlic and mushrooms in 1/4 cup vegetable oil in a large skillet.
  3. Add broccoli, salt, basil, and remaining 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Sauté until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Toss the cooked linguine with the sautéed vegetables and serve.
