Instructions
- Finely chop onions and bell peppers; saute.
- Add stewed tomatoes, chopped chilies and chopped garlic.
- Add cumin to taste. Cook down until thick.
- Roll mixture into flour tortillas.
- Add olives and 1 to 2 spoons sour cream and Cheddar cheese to each tortilla.
- Place tortillas in a pan; pour any remaining sauce over them.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° until bubbly.
