Ingredients

  • 16 oz. tofu
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • onion powder to taste
  • 26 oz. spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Place tofu on a plate and set aside.
  2. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add spaghetti sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and onion powder to taste.
  6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes to blend flavors.
  7. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  8. Drain spaghetti and serve topped with the tofu and sauce mixture.
