Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 carrot, chopped fine
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 scallions, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Use a food processor to finely chop the carrot, bell pepper, and scallions.
  2. Squeeze out excess juice from the chopped vegetables.
  3. Mix the drained vegetables into the softened cream cheese thoroughly.
