Ingredients

  • carrot, thinly sliced
  • 6 green onions
  • 6 stalks fresh asparagus
  • dash of flour
  • soy sauce
  • cooking wine

Instructions

  1. Boil
  2. asparagus and carrots until tender.
  3. Add salt and pepper to
  4. beef
  5. and
  6. roll
  7. in flour.
  8. Roll all vegetables up inside the slice
  9. of
  10. beef.
  11. Fry in oil, rolling in pan until brown on
  12. all sides.
  13. Cut roll-ups in half and serve on a bed of lettuce.
  14. Mix soy sauce and cooking wine together.
  15. Pour on roll-ups and serve.
