A creamy, flavorful veggie spread combining fresh celery, carrots, and onion with cream cheese, perfect for spreading on crackers or serving with breadsticks at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Food Lion cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large stalks celery
  • 2 medium carrots, finely grated
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Mince the upper branches and leaves of the celery.
  2. Grate the large lower portions of the celery, removing strings.
  3. Combine the minced celery, grated carrots, minced onion, salt, garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes.
  4. Mix thoroughly with softened cream cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of parsley flakes on top.
  6. Refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend.
  7. Serve with crisp breadsticks or spread on crackers.
