Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the venison into very thin strips.
  2. Soak the meat in the marinade mixture for 12 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160°F (70°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated meat strips on a cookie sheet or wire rack.
  5. Cook in the oven on low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until dry and chewy.
