Ingredients

  • peanut oil
  • garlic salt
  • milk
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Let chops reach room temperature.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic salt and let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix milk with Worcestershire sauce until the mixture turns a brown color.
  4. Marinate chops in this mixture for about 10 minutes.
