Ingredients

  • 20 oz. venison tenderloin
  • 8 oz. Speedie marinating sauce
  • 4 oz. Italian dressing
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • homemade spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the venison in Speedie marinating sauce and Italian dressing overnight in a bowl, turning periodically.
  2. Remove the venison from the marinade, then bread the meat in Italian bread crumbs.
  3. Flash fry the breaded venison in a hot skillet with a small amount of olive oil until browned.
  4. Layer the fried venison in the bottom of a medium-sized casserole dish.
  5. Cover the layer with a generous amount of homemade spaghetti sauce and sprinkle cheese over it.
  6. Repeat layers as needed, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
  7. Bake the assembled casserole at 350°F for 1 hour before serving.
