- Remove the venison from the marinade, then bread the meat in Italian bread crumbs.
- Flash fry the breaded venison in a hot skillet with a small amount of olive oil until browned.
- Layer the fried venison in the bottom of a medium-sized casserole dish.
- Cover the layer with a generous amount of homemade spaghetti sauce and sprinkle cheese over it.
- Repeat layers as needed, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
- Bake the assembled casserole at 350°F for 1 hour before serving.
