Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked venison, cubed
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • mayonnaise
  • salad greens

Instructions

  1. Marinate cubed venison in French dressing for 1 hour in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain excess dressing from the meat before serving.
  3. Combine the marinated venison with sliced celery, sliced stuffed olives, sliced hard-cooked eggs, and mayonnaise.
  4. Season the mixture to taste.
  5. Arrange the salad in a bowl edged with salad greens.
  6. Garnish with reserved olive slices, egg slices, and pickles.
