Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 loaf bread Machine Flour
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients (excluding walnuts) in bread machine pan. Select "white" or "basic" cycle and start. Add walnuts at first beep cycle or at manufacturer's instructions.
  2. This recipe yields a 2 pound loaf.
