Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 20 to 25 strawberries, hulled
  • 1 pt. blueberries
  • whipped cream or topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, prepare the vanilla pudding mix according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla to the cream cheese and mix well.
  4. Fold the cooled pudding into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
  6. Arrange the hulled strawberries and blueberries on top of the filling.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Optional: Top with whipped cream or additional toppings before serving.
