Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 can coconut pecan frosting
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a Bundt cake pan, greasing it if necessary.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, water, eggs, and oil. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Spread the coconut pecan frosting evenly over the cooled cake.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
