Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 3 cups diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 8 stalks celery, sliced thin
  • 1 green pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 large can Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients, except the can of onion rings.
  2. Pour the mixture into a large, greased, shallow pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining can of onion rings across the top.
  5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes and serve.
