Ingredients

  • 2 cans potato soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except chopped chives into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture until very cold.
  3. Chill serving dishes in advance.
  4. Pour the cold soup into serving dishes and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
