Ingredients

  • 2 lb. green okra
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice okra.
  2. Add eggs, cornmeal
  3. and salt and pepper.
  4. Stir to get Okra
  5. coated okra well.
  6. Add oil to skillet and fry over medium heat until tender.
