Ingredients

  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 4 shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops liquid hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. horseradish
  • pinch of salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 sprig leafy celery

Instructions

  1. Fill a large glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add tomato juice to fill the glass.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, horseradish (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. Garnish with a leafy celery sprig, split in half if thick, and use as a stirrer.
