Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Romano cheese
  • 1 cup light cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pot and add the red pepper.
  2. While the butter is bubbling, pour in the vodka.
  3. Simmer for 3 minutes, then add crushed tomatoes and both cheeses.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the light cream.
  6. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
  7. Cook and drain the tortellini; toss with the sauce and serve.
