Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 package dry taco mix
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small can black olives, drained and sliced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 16 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 16 oz cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix dry taco mix with sour cream.
  2. Layer refried beans, sour cream mixture, diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, grated mozzarella, and grated cheddar in a large casserole dish in the given order.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
