Ingredients

  • 1 package Wakefield snow crabmeat or crab and shrimp, thawed
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 to 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, chopped green onions, dry mustard, and garlic salt; mix well.
  3. Gently fold in broken crabmeat until evenly incorporated.
  4. Chill the dip for several hours until it thickens.
  5. Serve in carved out red cabbage or with assorted crackers.
